Vendors and Nonprofit Organizations


Fees:

Vendors: $25 for one day or $40 for two days
Nonprofits: $15 for one day or $20 for two days

Event Times

Saturday, April 22nd
Vendors: Set up begins at 1:30pm and break down by 10:30pm.
Nonprofit Resource Booths: Set up begins at 2:00pm and break down by 7:00pm.
Gospel on Glass: 3:00pm - 7:00pm
DJ and The Pool: 7:30pm - 10:30pm

Sunday, April 23rd
Vendors: Set up begins at 1:30pm and break down by 10:30pm.
Nonprofit Resource Booths: Set up begins at 2:00pm and break down by 7:00pm.
Family Fun Picnic: 3:00pm - 7:00pm
DJ and The Pool: 7:30pm - 10:30pm

Guidelines:

All payment must be paid by Monday, April 17th via cash, check, or online.
Glass House Collective is not responsible for providing electricity or generators.
Vendor agrees to remain within his/her assigned space.
Vendor agrees to clean up vendor area after the event.
Food vendors are required to be licensed and to have fire extinguishers.
Last call for food is at 10:30pm.
Vendor forms will be processed in the order they are received.
Nonprofit organizations with informational booths must provide their own tables and chairs.
